Frankie's journey began with a simple yet profound goal: build a trusted Global network of Operations teams who manage the world’s $1tn OPEX p.a.

Founded by Georgie Fenwicke, Aaron Neugebauer and Sam Minnee, our company set out to reduce the cost of Property to business, extend the life of buildings products in situ and reduce CO2E.

Today, Frankie is a leader in precision Industrial Property Operations across the US, New Zealand and Australia.

How does Frankie pricing work?

Pricing depends on the number of sites, the size of the properties (avg footprint), and Solutions chosen. All Frankie products are billed on an annual basis.

At Frankie, our commitment to data privacy and security is central to every aspect of our business.

We follow globally recognised security and data privacy requirements, and are regularly pen tested.

We are working towards SOC II and ISO 27001 in 2026.

How long does it take to get set up?

We work to your time frames, but a typical Portfolio of 50+ sites takes between 1 - 3 months.

We'll provide pricing in our estimate stage for this.
